Typical Facade Access Strategies are:
Strategy #1
Access to facades for cleaning, inspection and maintenance
For example by a Building Maintenance Unit (BMU), other ‘roof based equipment’, or by ‘ground based equipment’
Strategy #2
Acess to green walls for vegetation maintenance
For example by the BMU or other localised methods
Strategy #3
Delivery of glass to facades (for replacement)
For example delivered by the BMU, other roof-based equipment, or by ground-based equipment.
Strategy #4
Delivery of equipment, materials or trees to the higher levels
For example delivered by the BMU or by a specialised Materials Handling Unit (MHU).
